Once an order has been placed, it generally takes 72 hours to process it. As we offer worldwide shipping, delivery times may vary depending on the country you are ordering from. For most countries, packages should arrive within 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

While we wish we could provide all customers with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information as you. That said, it is quite difficult for us to provide an estimated arrival time. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's delivery situation and to ensure satisfaction.
