How do I place my order?

To order:

Finish adding items to your shopping basket
You can choose to process via our website at checkout or via PayPal.
If you wish to continue through our website, click on the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to proceed via PayPal, click on the PayPal button
You will be transferred to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter:
Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Proceed to Shipping Method" button. Make sure you have entered the shipping address correctly (if it is different from your billing address). Once everything is completed, click on "Proceed to payment method"
You must enter your payment details. You will have the option to specify that the shipping and billing information are the same, if applicable.
Once you have completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as another email confirmation.

What if there are missing items or the wrong products when I receive my order?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at info@selicca.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be under 1MB). We will be more than happy to send you the correct item at no extra cost, and we will not ask for the item that was sent to you in error to be returned! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details of your purchase.

I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?

Changing your order is permitted on or before 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) same day from order placement. You can contact us via info@selicca.com to request a change.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

How to add items to your shopping cart:

Navigate to the page for the item you are interested in and then select your preferences for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to your "shopping cart" page.
Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. Once you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
How can I see what is in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your shopping basket, click on the Shopping Basket icon at the top of the website. When you click this icon, you can easily change the number of quantities you wish to purchase of any item in your shopping cart by updating the specified quantity. You can also delete any item in your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Cart In" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all items currently in your shopping cart. Once you have identified the item you would like to delete, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the element and cause the page to refresh to reflect your changes.

How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Cart In" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all items currently in your shopping cart as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, move the cursor to the "Quantity" field for this item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update to reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and price located on the right side of your screen.

How do I make payments with PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct information for quick and hassle-free payment processing.

How do I use a discount code?

Follow these steps to use a promo code:

Select the item you want to order, then click the green "Checkout" button.
You will then be taken to our customer information page on the next page, fill in the required information
You will see a "Discount" field at the top right of the page
You will need to enter the discount code and then click apply. You must confirm whether the discount has been applied and is valid by viewing it applied on the summary below.
